-Local Shipping Terms and Conditions:
 Please note that parts exceeding $255 value vary widely in size and weigth. Due to that your order might show $0 shipping. That means that  accurate shipping charge will be calculated and added to your original invoice after measuring and weighing your order. All available orders  will will be shipped within 24 to 36 hours of receipt. All backorders will be filled as quickly as possible. All merchandise shipped from NYC  Custom Motorcycles are carefully inspected before shipping. Please inspect product immediately upon receipt of shipment. Any damage after  leaving our shipping department is the responsibility of the carrier; report it to your carrier immediately. All local orders will be shipped via UPS  ground unless specified differently. Shipping prices might change without notice based on increasing UPS rates.
-Returns:
 In order to return merchandise you need to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. Customer is responsible for return shipping and  handling costs. Merchandise must be sent pre-paid and insured. It must be returned within 10 days of receipt in it's original packaging. Please  mail all returns to NYC Custom Motorcycles, 87 Powell Ave., Southampton, NY 11968. If upon inspection we find the merchandise to be in  good and unused condition, we will issue credit within 7 days of receiving the return; however please be advised that your credit card company  may take up to 30 days to post to your account. There are absolutely no refunds on used, damaged by the customer or altered merchandise.  Any returns sent C.O.D. will not be acceppted.
-Exchanges:
 NYC Custom Motorcycles must be notified within 5 working days of the receipt of a shipment of any shortages or incorrect shipments. If you  received the wrong item (different than was originally ordered), we will reimburse you for return shipping costs (standard shipping). The return  item must be sent either UPS Ground or Parcel Post Insured or it will not be accepted. Exchanges are limited to current availability and it is  best to check with NYC Custom Motorcycles first to make sure item is in stock. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.

-Special (custom) orders:
 All special orders require 50% deposit. There are absolutely no cancelations, refunds or exchanges on special orders.
